My favorite restaurant for Moussaka, their chef makes it to perfection. The Souvlaki was a bit spicy but cooled down with the wonderful Tzatziki Sauce.

Had a great time at this restaurant with my family. Enjoyed pairing the food with Greek beer and Metaxa.

My favorite dish was the octopus and baba ganoush.

Veronica helped me plan a lunch for 20 people during a big conference. She was so helpful with menu planning and organization. Everyone enjoyed the lunch and the food! I will go back next time I'm in the area.

I was in town for a conference, though alone. There is such great food in the Gaslamp district. This looked like a place I couldn't resist. I sat at the bar (because I was alone). There was excellent service. They have some very interesting cocktails. I had a lamb shank that was fairly amazing. Very nice atmosphere. Well worth a visit if you like Greek food at all.

Loved the decor, inside and out. The service was excellent. I had the lamb shank, cooked to perfection. The baklava cheesecake was the best I have ever had. A must go.

The food was tasty and plentiful. Everything was fresh with their individualized Mediterranean flair. The service was excellent and the staff were very attentive. The music was a little loud but the overall experience was outstanding!

Solomon’s was absolutely delicious!! Also had the fresh watermelon margarita and the baklava cheesecake. Both soooo yummy.

What a terrific meal! Our hostess Julia helped us find the best plant based options. Each dish was absolutely delicious and hot. The ambience is comfortable and fun. Each member of the team made sure we had a wonderful dining experience. Definitely a new kind of Greek cuisine - we can’t wait to return.

I came here on weekday with a walking tour at 6pm. I have to come back here for a full dinner meal! We had the Greek sangria and the Greek euro quesadilla. The food came out quick! This place has beautiful decor and the quesadilla was fantastic! It’s made with a pita break and lamb on the inside of regular chicken or beef. The sangria is a dry red with a hint of cinnamon. They also make a home made hot sauce that two people brought and I shipped one out to my sister I WILL BE BACK FOR REGULAR DINNER for sure!!

If you want something different, this is the place to go! The food is Greek style but the modifications they make on them is phenomenal! You will not be disappointed here! Great service, great atmosphere and a great value for food!

Our group enjoyed the private dining area. The food was amazing! Portion size was huge, so come hungry! Overall, we would come back to this place.

I ordered the Solomos and a watermelon mocktail. The Solomos, a grilled salmon dish, was cooked perfectly—flaky, flavorful, and delicious. However, the mocktail was a letdown—overly sour and lacking any distinct watermelon flavor, despite being made with fresh watermelon. On a brighter note, the service was attentive, and the atmosphere was fantastic. A good experience overall, but the mocktail could use improvement.

Really good meal! Lots of gluten free options that were helpfully labeled and the staff was super attentive. We ordered the saganaki (flame cooked cheese), dip of the day which was spicy feta, then also shared the village salad and the combination souvlaki with various meat dishes. The portions were generous. The gyros were a little bland and the chicken was somewhat overcooked but the lamb chops were delicious. Great tzatziki! They did have a 4% surcharge to pay with a card and only a small sign at the entrance about it, so I suggest bringing cash if you have it.

Vegetarian options: There is a limited veg option, but enough if you are ok with ordering lots of sides which is what we did.

Wonderful food! I recommend ordering a variety of dishes from the menu and splitting them! The staff was friendly.

We had our holiday party at Meze and everything was incredible. Venue is in a perfect location and the food was amazing. Veronica the Events Manager did a good job making sure everything would be good and also aligned our vendors. The bartenders as well were very fun and added to the vibe of the party. Would recommend this place time and time again both for dinner and group events.

Having visited Greece this food absolutely gives you a true Mediterranean delicatessen. So many shareable plates that are packed with flavor. For sure try the tips and the blends of hummus and tzaziki. Don't miss out on the shrimp ouzu that is lit tableside... Melt in your mouth awesome. We sat on the patio but plenty of space and located in walking distance from the convention center. Highly recommend

There is a good beverage selection and very good options on the menu. The staff is super friendly, and our server was great! The food was tasty. However, our main dish came cold, and we did not enjoy it as expected. The Greek coffee was great and interesting.

Food: the most impressive food here we had is the Hummus. We ordered the Chef’s meze and we loved how the feta and spice combination that makes the hummus flavorful and addictive! Their chicken souvlaki is very nice as well, adding their house hot sauce on the protein or rice will give you a nice kick-in flavor at the end. Service: the staffs are helpful and welcoming. Ambiance: club night vibe 100% full sent.

The service (from hostess/Cara to waitress/Julia to food runner/Paula) was so friendly, pleasant, and helpful. They really made our experience a great one. The food was amazing!!! We did a bunch of little meze plates and all were delicious and mixed well: lamb chops, meat balls, tzatziki, greek salad, and saganaki. All were so good and all were recommended by the amazing staff. Very clean restaurant, not loud at all, and very nice outdoor seating.

Not only is the food really good but the ambience reminds me of Tao. The cherry on top was the entertainment that comes on at 8 o’clock on the weekends. This belly dancer was truly amazing!

Mezé is a fantastic venue to host an event at. My team bought out the restaurant for a dinner and I can't say enough good things about the space and the staff/planners.

Good food. The platters are absolutely worth it. The lamb shank falls right off the bone. Loved the gin drinks.

I've been eating here for over 10 years. Inflation has always been a thing, but thankfully the Meze Greek has still held onto to its quality food, friendly service, and at decent prices. Ambience and architecture: this is probably the sexiest Greek restaurant in San Diego...perhaps all of America actually. And Greece...I spent a week there once. Despite the crazy crowds of Comic Con, I wisely made a reservation a week in advance, so the 4 of us were seated promptly with little wait! Waitress was still energetic, professional, and friendly. $25 Gyro Plate...I know this is generic Greek, but it was a generous portion of that salty, meaty, moist, seasoned mixed meat that we all love. Came with some nice rice, veggies, pita, and yogurt sauce. $28 Salmon Plate...fresh salmon perfectly roasted, came with some nice rice, veggies, pita, and yogurt sauce. I'll be back!

Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the food. We experienced not a conform whenever we asked for some additional sauce on side or just asking a simple question. While I highly recommend the food, I hope the service improves in the future to match the culinary excellence. Thank you
